Azelf is a Psychic-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It is known as the 'Willpower Pokémon' and is a member of the lake guardian trio along with Mesprit and Uxie.
How to Obtain
Azelf used to be in the Genesect Event but can now only be obtained through the Victory Point shop for 80 Victory Points at Social Park Pokémon Roulette or trading. Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie were the most common Pokémon to find if you were in the right patch of grass during the Genesect Event.
